WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN REGARDS TO COVID-19?

  • Safety: Gloves are used when handling and packaging items. We will continue to make sure we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of you, employees and delivery couriers. 
  • Delivery: Orders will now be posted once a week, to keep employees and couriers safe and to make sure we are all practicing social-distancing.
  • Delivery times: Please allow for and expect some delays as things are taking a little longer than usual. All can be tracked via the tracking number issued in your confirmation email.

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?

Orders will be confirmed within 48 hours of being received. Postage of your items will be on a Wednesday, once posted you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING IN THE UK?

Shipping is an additional £2.99 or free for orders over £50.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

 All items are sent out '2nd Class Signed For', this takes 3 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship Internationally at the moment but it is something we are looking into, we will keep you updated!

I THINK MY MAIL IS LOST, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. If you have not received your item we recommend you double check you tracking number and get in contact with Royal Mail. More details here: https://www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-loss

Unfortunately no, but a ring adjuster would be perfect. You can buy one here.
